bloging challenge week 8/9. Top 14 places to go in New Zealand


(not in order of best things)

  1. Taranaki|||Why i recommend: because of the great places and activities, Len lye, Wind wand, Pukekura park, Mt Taranaki, whale bone bridge, Paritutu rock and the sugar loaf islands. I love my home heaps.
  2. Ohope|||Why i recommend: the beach is amazing and the tide doesn't come in the whole way so if the tide is in or out, you can play on the beach!
  3. Napier|||Why i recommend: Napier is a popular tourist city and Napier has well-documented maori history. It is also placed in hawkes bay.
  4. The 90 mile beach|||Why i recommend:The beach and its northern sand are a tourist destination. Although i have not been there, i wish i had because it looks so fun.
  5. Pukakura festival of lights|||Why i recommend: it’s so great to just take a night and go look at the festival of lights. Pukekura Park in New Plymouth and  Every summer, from mid-December to late-January, it’s festooned with thousands of magical lights.
  6. Taranaki wind wand|||Why i recommend: well it's on the coastal walk way and an artist designed it called: len lye. Len lye also created the len lye center based in taranaki. On the coastal walk way the whale bone bridge is also placed there.
  7. Christchurch|||Why i recommend: well christchurch gets a lot of earthquakes, so it's great to go and see the old buildings that have sadly fallen over.
  8. Wellington|||Why i recommend: well wellington is one of those city’s you should not miss because of the huge bulbing the fun activities and the man made beach. It's also the capital city and has the best museum in NZ, Te papa.
  9. Queenstown|||Why i recommend: well queenstown has the best skiing grounds in NZ,  lots of activities, a bustling nightlife and beautiful scenery.
  10.  Lake taupo|||Why i recommend: if you have a boat then, bring it with you to lake taupo, to see the maori carvings, biscuiting on the lake (is so much  fun)and the amazing Mt Ruapehu.
  11. Milford sounds|||Why i recommend: you can go for an all day tour on a boat in sunny weather, and see great views and marvelous oceans.
  12. Rotorua|||why i recommend: it has some beautiful lakes like, blue lake, lake rotoiti and lake Routara It has so much fun activites and is 45 minutes away from taupo. I personally love the thermal hot pool.

   13.Bay of islands|||why i recommend:you’ll enter a maritime adventure playground with a show of wildlife including penguins, dolphins, marlin, whales,
and many more. It is an amazing place to dive with your friends.
   14.Blue lake|||why i recommend: the coluor of it is amazing and it's so refreshing to swim in.
